Embrace Active Living is a low-impact, strength-focused class designed for women 60 and up who want to move better, feel stronger, and stay confident in their daily lives. This class emphasizes gentle strength training, balance, flexibility, and functional movements that support everyday activities like walking, standing, lifting, and maintaining independence. Each session is guided, supportive, and adaptable for all fitness levels—no rushing, no pressure, just intentional movement in a welcoming environment. Our goal is to help you improve mobility, build strength safely, reduce stiffness, and feel more energized throughout your day.

Embrace Body Fitness & Nutrition – Wellness Center Booking Policy At Embrace Body Fitness & Nutrition, we operate as a preventive wellness center offering fitness, nutrition, and health assessments. Our policies are designed to respect your time, ensure quality care, and maintain a high-level client experience. 1. Booking Windows & Service Types To support both fitness and wellness services, booking timelines vary by service: Fitness Services (Group Training & Personal Training) Book up to 4 days in advance Same-day booking closes 3 hours prior to session start Wellness Services (Nutrition, InBody, 3D Body Scan, Consultations) Must be booked at least 12–24 hours in advance Some services require approval or confirmation prior to booking 👉 This allows time for preparation, charting, and personalized service delivery 2. Payment & Appointment Confirmation All services must be secured with payment or a deposit Clients using FSA/HSA or insurance-based services must: Complete required forms Verify eligibility prior to appointment Appointments are not confirmed until requirements are completed 3. Rescheduling Policy Fitness sessions: Reschedule up to 1 hour 30 minutes before start time Wellness appointments: Reschedule at least 12 hours prior Late changes will result in: Session being marked as used or $10–$25 late cancellation fee (based on service type) Emergencies are reviewed case-by-case 4. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy Fitness Sessions: 15+ minutes late = possible loss of session No-show = session deducted Wellness Appointments: 10+ minutes late may require rescheduling No-show = full session charge 👉 Wellness appointments are structured similar to healthcare visits and require dedicated time 5. Service-Specific Expectations Health Assessments (InBody / 3D Scan) Clients must follow pre-scan instructions for accurate results Missed or unprepared appointments may require rebooking Nutrition Services Initial consultations include assessment, education, and planning Follow-ups are required for continued care and progress tracking 6. Membership & Session Usage Sessions must be used within the billing cycle Limited rollover (if applicable): up to 2 sessions with renewal Missed sessions due to no-shows are not refunded 7.
